Triathlon and Ironman using Lightning Process: Peter’s story

Peter got a new life using the Lightning Process in 2011, Great to hear what he has been up to since he did the LP. He keeps on showing just what can be achieved in health and fitness when you have the Lightning Process

“In short, the Lightning Process has been nothing short of transformational in my life.  Not only has “life after LP” included several promotions and international placements with work, but it has also sparked off a passion in amateur triathlon.

You will see on LinkedIn that I took part in a couple of Long Distance Open Water swims a couple of years ago (shortly after taking the LP) to raise money for ME (and gave a plug to the Lightning Process on my Just Giving narrative).

This past two years I have also completed a couple of triathlons in 35 degree heat in Thailand where I now reside.

Last year’s Sprint Triathlon took just over 2 hours. 2 weeks ago I finished the Olympic Triathlon in Hua Hin, Thailand in under 4 hours. Photos attached.

I will be competing in Ironman 70.3 Thailand in 2017. Just got back from a 65km bike ride in fact as training distances
